    Verdict

TURF TIME holds several of his rivals on their latest effort behind Sandy Toes at Southwell and he is taken to score here ahead of Duke Of Rainford. Jeremy Glover's gelding has been holding his form well since winning here last month. His handicap mark has risen to 55 which looks high enough but his consistency means he tops the list. Duke Of Rainford actually beat him here last month but doesn't have the most reliable record. He seemed to click with Jamie Spencer when successful but Tony Culhane takes over in the saddle again today and the pair are narrowly passed over. Dower Glen needs a market check on this return to the track, Exceed Power always runs his race and is very closely matched with Duke Of Rainford and Turf Time on recent outings, whilst Lady Brickhouse, Young George and Annia Galeria all finished behind Turf Time at Southwell last time out, with Lady Brickhouse faring best. Cheek-pieces are tried on Annia Galeria but she needs to improve. An open handicap, but Turf Time is the tentative choice.
