Verdict

BLUE COSSACK has got his act together now and got off the mark in good style when stepped up to 1m3f at Kempton last time. Today's extra distance threatens to bring further improvement and he is taken to follow up. Algris proved a major disappointment when finishing well behind the selection on his latest start and the blinkers are removed for his reappearance while Bathwick Scanno also has a bit to find with Mark Usher's charge on latest running. Investment World is related to winners over hurdles and fences and looks the main threat stepping up to middle-distances for the first time.
