In depth

Verdict

Corvair made all and never looked like being caught at Lingfield last month. He is the least exposed of these and the handicapper hasn’t gone overboard but this is quite competitive and Simon Crisford’s colt may not be much of a price. AYR HARBOUR showed a nice turn of foot to get off the mark at Newcastle and can follow up as course and distance winner Lethal Talent returns form a break, though clearly gets on well with Tyler Saunders who takes off 5lb again. What An Angel was third over 1m here on his all-weather debut but has been hard to place and this looks a stiff task for Vormir.
