        Verdict

        Both Crossed Wire and Bolshoi Ballet have shown significant improvement for a step up in trip and the pair ran out wide margin victors in the two divisions of a 1m7f handicap on the same card here earlier in the month. The former posted a faster time and is preferred with the first-time visors sure to be of added benefit. Former smart chaser and hurdler Or Royal showed he is no back number with a narrow course and distance success (pair clear) last month but has been raised 6lb since so Broughton's Flash, well treated on last year's winning form, may pose a bigger threat.
