Verdict

None of these have won a race so far this year but BLACK BACCARA went close at Kempton last week. He should confirm superiority with Metropolitan Chief and My Best Man in the process of going one better. Force To Spend had Jemimaville, Mr Funshine and True Red behind when beaten less than a length on her latest start and can figure, while Valdemar will have come on for his recent comeback run. Miss Polly Plum is another to consider back up in trip.
