Yarmouth winner Show Me The Lolly has solid claims on recent form on this surface but is creeping up in the weights and looks worth taking on with preference for Band, who gets the vote ahead of We'll Meet Again. The last mentioned is 4lbs higher than when scoring over course and distance in June and has run well off his current mark since including when a close fourth behind Dance In Style here last time so has to be respected. Top weight Baby Barry probably needs more help from the handicapper and of more interest may be Tony Newcombe's Tetcott, who is closely matched with Show Me The Lolly on running here last month. Tetragon is well treated on turf form and hails from the Alan Bailey stable that is back among the winners again, while Wood Fern faces no easy task on his belated reappearance. Golden Square ran well in a seller here last time but is likely to find this tougher and preference is for Ed McMahon's Band, who fulfilled earlier promise on turf when landing a Southwell handicap last month and he may be worth chancing on his first start on the Polytrack.
