        Verdict

        Givemethemoonlight is the confident TEAMtalk selection to land an average AW maiden for his in-form trainer Gerald Cottrell. He has not only produced some decent runs this season over six furlongs he has run well on this unique surface and returning from a little break should give a good account of himself. His main danger looks to be the lightly-raced Debbie who has also shown herself to be suited by this surface and in her favour showed she stays this seven furlongs. Her trainer is returning to form and should give the selection most to do. After a lean spell Norma Macauley has her horses in better form now and her Smithy ran a fine race in a good time at Southwell 2 days ago. She disappointed the time before that at Wolverhampton but market support here would be significant.
