In depth

Verdict

A competitive finale can go the way of Three Thieves with Bay Boy and Ross Moor put forward as the pair we fear the most. The selection is a course and distance winner and he remains unexposed over this trip. He won well last time when showing a really good attitude to get the better of Capitalise and he should be capable of following-up. Ross Moor has been knocking on the door of late and this slight step-up in trip should suit. However, he may need some help from the handicapper before he is able to resume winning ways. Bay Boy has managed only one win and that was at Galway but he wasn't beaten all that far behind Three Boars at Southwell last time. He looks to have solid place claims, along with Jack Wolfe who ran well last time. However, we are happy to return to Three Thieves who has rock solid claims and can land the prize.
