Verdict
Rated 81, Air Of Astana should go well back in maiden company but has to give plenty of weight to the three-year-olds and WINGS OF DESIRE can take advantage. John Gosden's colt was placed over 1m2f at Newmarket on his recent debut and the half-brother to the high-class Eagle Top will find this much easier. Mahfooz looks a likely improver with a debut fifth at Doncaster under his belt and he's preferred to the returning Blenheim Warrior.
