    Verdict

SHAWKANTANGO has won a couple of claimers at Southwell recently but had also scored over track and trip early last month. He has the beating of both R Woody and Quality Art and gets the vote to land the hat-trick. The Art Of Racing went close on Turf off a 6lb higher mark last year and a repeat would see him in the firing-line. Electric Qatar has a chance at the weights and finished runner-up here in October but Amelia Jay is facing a stiff task according the handicapper.
