Verdict
Eastern Princess is the pick over Totally Free, Valeesha and Strike Force, with Time Share also worth a mention. Eastern Princess produced her best effort of the season when runner-up on Turf at Bath last month, and as we know that she acts on the Polytrack, Jonathan Geake's filly is taken to make her first visit to Wolverhampton pay off, with the step back up to six furlongs seen as a plus factor. In contrast, Totally Free drops down in distance after being collared inside the final furlong here last time, and has three career wins to his credit, all on an artificial surface. Valeesha has been placed in Turf sellers on each of her last two starts, while Strike Force did not act in first-time blinkers at Hamilton and has the cheekpieces back on. Time Share has had seven career outings since the start of the year, and in truth has failed to build on a couple of fair efforts in better company than this. She is still relatively unexposed though, and has enough ability to win a race of this nature in time. Of the remainder, any support for newcomer Dark Mask, the mount of Seb Sanders, should be heeded, but we shall stay loyal to Eastern Princess.
