Pandar’s winning run on the Turf came to an end off today’s mark at Newbury last time. Eljaddaaf arrives in fine form and was ahead of veterans Doctor Parkes and DESERT STRIKE when winning at Kempton last month. But the latter pair were not beaten far and re-opposing on better terms today, Conor Dore’s admirable sprinter gets the nod to notch up win number 26. Doctor Parkes is also back on a winning mark and is preferred to City Of Angkor Wat, who won a seller here recently, while Lucky Lodge narrowly beat Indian Affair in an amateurs' race over track and trip back in April.
