      Verdict

      SOMETHING LUCKY won this contest in 2016 and has been in fine form over the winter. He went close again here last week and is preferred to Big Lachie. The latter ended a long losing run when successful at Newcastle last time and remains on a winning mark while Red Stripes was narrowly beaten over track and trip on his penultimate start and could figure. Kamra’s placed effort at Chelmsford was back in September but Impart should be sharper for a recent outing at Newcastle.
