      In depth

      Verdict

Harry Eustace has made an excellent start to his training career with Astrogem posting two of the yard's five wins this term. However, she carries the welter weight of 10-5 here and must convince she's as good on an artificial surface as she has been on turf the last twice. Nevertheless, she's proven over this specialist trip and should go well but ANNIE ROSE (NAP) is a tempting alternative in receipt of 19lb. A dual winner on this surface, she shapes as if a seventh furlong is within her compass after a strong runner-up effort here last time. Mummy Bear should be involved, whilst the unexposed pair of White Lady and Rattling Rosie are of interest on their respective handicap debuts.
