Verdict
C&D winner NEEDWOOD RIDGE does most of his racing at this track for local trainer Frank Sheridan and his recent placed efforts suggests a return to the winners' enclosure is imminent. He finished a close-up third over C&D on Monday and drops down a grade today. Dunmore Boy looks the chief threat as he returned to form with a second at Southwell earlier this month and has won over a shorter trip at this track. Khateer showed some promise as a three-year-old and could figure on his first start for Milton Bradley, while Could It Be Magic and Resplendent Alpha make most appeal of the remainder.
