Verdict

EL HOMBRE (NAP) remains 5lb higher than when scoring over track and trip in December but this is easier than his recent tasks. He finished in front of Reflektor when runner-up in a Class 2 sprint here last month and had a tough task behind Desert Doctor when drawn wide at the track last time. Usually in the mix over 7f, Areen Heart attempts this shorter trip for the first time while Coolagh Magic’s winning run came to end when third over course and distance though he still finished in front of Fares Kodiac. Sandridge Lad is upped a couple of grades and raised 5lb after scoring over 5f at Southwell but Punjab Mail ended last year with a couple of placed efforts in novice company and goes handicapping for the first time on his debut for new connections.
