In depth

Verdict

Heptathlete disappointed over 6f here last time having earlier landed a hat-trick over today’s trip and FAR FROM A RUBY (NAP) makes more appeal. She looked likely to go very close entering the final furlong over course and distance last week but found her way blocked and could only finish third. She gets the vote with normal luck in-running. Molly Mai will be sharper for last month’s outing and is only 2lb higher than when winning here last year while Parikarma is preferred of the rest in first-time headgear and an apprentice’s allowance helping her cause.
