Verdict
Romantic Queen has obvious claims on the pick of her form and Pressed For Time is a previous course and distance winner but we side with the in-form CHJIMES. The selection stayed on really well last time at Lingfield to win and prior to this had run a very close second at this track. Although Lingfield appears to be his preferred course Conor Dore sends him here with very real prospects of following up that victory. Pressed For Time has won twice before here over this trip and is likely to run a much better race than last time where she was seven lengths behind the victor. She could pose the biggest danger to our pick if returning to the form that saw her win here earlier in the month. Romantic Queen finished five-and-a-half lengths behind our pick last time out and has a lot to find in order to contend for the major honours. Our vote goes to Chjimes to win this contest.
