General Feeling and Flighty Fellow are considered however PRIDE OF NATION has a big chance at the weights and is preferred to Brer Rabbit. The selection is well-drawn today for a positive ride from Robert Winston and although the horses recent form has been less than spectacular, this is definitely his level and he is taken to record a sixth career success. Brer Rabbit is a course and distance winner and the Invincible Spirit filly gets plenty of weight from her major rivals; she only has one win to her name and hasn't shown much since that March success so is taken on today. Flighty Fellow is hard to assess given his Jersey form this year, whilst Pianoforte has a bit to find at the weights but he has plenty of experience and he won nicely here in September. Gifted Heir is not well-drawn but has the course form, whilst General Feeling represents a stable that do well at this level and looks a major player after a six month break. The market should provide some good clues here, however without that information we are happy to side with Pride Of Nation.
