Two newcomers catch the eye here, Bernasconi and Regal Parade and we will take a chance on the last named, Arch Of Titus looks best of the experienced runners. The last two Mark Johnston trained newcomers owned by the Sheik have bombed out after drifting in the betting. So the proviso here is that there is some market support. On saying that Regal Parade looks the part on paper, he is a 430 thousand guineas son of Pivotal out of a winning daughter of Kingmambo. With that sort of breeding he is hard to oppose in such a modest event. Bernasconi is related to numerous winners in America and this son of Rahy should also be monitored closely in the market. Arch Of Titus has had many chances and returned from a break with an excellent effort over course and distance earlier this month. If the debutantes are short on fitness he should be the one to benefit. All in all a race where the betting is most important but without that knowledge we will give a tentative vote to Regal Parade.
