      THA’IR romped home by six lengths when dropped into a selling race over track and trip. He should confirm running with second-placed Barnaby Brook, despite the worse terms. The latter had earlier finished in front of Athassel when landing a claimer here and is also weighted to beat Black Dave, who won a seller at Lingfield at the end of last year. Start Seven drops in class and has a shout at the weights but last year’s hat-trick of wins all came over 1m6f.
