In depth

Verdict

MOKAMMAL found only subsequent Group 3 winner Estihdaaf too good at Leicester on last year’s debut. Sir Michael Stoute’s yard is firing-in the winners and Jim Crowley prefers him to Risaala. Sea Sculpture showed ability at Ffos Las on his introduction and has been subsequently gelded while Poetic Era ran well at Newmarket on his debut in October. Sweet Celebration has the more recent form with a decent effort at Kempton last month and is preferred to the newcomer Eddie Cochran and the modest Frenchmans Creek.
