Verdict

RIDGEWAY JAZZ is the selection with Agilete and Bailieborough put up as the most likely alternatives. Luke Morris proved a lucky benefactor when Martin Dwyer got caught in the traffic last time out and missed the ride by a matter of seconds. Morris accordingly got the job done and his reward has been in keeping the ride. A winner's penalty should not stop him following up. Agilete beat some professional losers in a classified stakes at the track. Today's assignment is much more demanding. Bailieborough was second off this mark over course-and-distance so shouldn't be far away if running up to his form. Ardent Prince, who beat him on that occasion carrying a penalty as a consequence. Altos Reales makes a debut for James Given having left Derek Shaw. Rough Sketch was well backed on handicap introduction at Great Leighs though was unable to deliver the goods. That said, the run did follow an absence in excess of a year. Moyoko appears best of the rest. Ridgeway Jazz secures the vote in a low grade though competitive contest.
