In depth

Verdict

Dark Lane caught DEERSLAYER in the final strides at Kempton earlier this month. The former has since been well beaten, but the latter went on to win easily at Folkestone and Richard Guest's charge is taken to reverse the form here. Brynfa Boy and Olynard have a bit to find with the two principals on Kempton running, but Polemica and Simple Rhythm arrive in decent form though have it all to do on today's terms. Two Bucks More showed nothing on his debut at Southwell and is easily dismissed.
