In depth

Verdict

Hurdles winner Minstrels Gallery landed a double over 1m6f here with his latest success and is upped 7lb. Planetoid has gone close over timber since winning over today’s trip at Lingfield last month but Zakatal looks flattered by an easy win over course and distance given both opponents ran below par. Mister Bob was beaten less than a length over track and trip back in January and is another to consider but STONECUTTER is preferred. He has posted poor efforts on Turf either side of winning over course and distance in March and only 2lb higher today, James Unett’s charge gets the nod back on this surface.
