Recent winner Baguenaud can once again run well but DON'T BE BLEU is taken to land the opener while Dabaratsa is another to add to the shortlist. The selection has been running well in defeat in similar races of late. Trainer Peter Bowen has put this mare in with a realistic claiming price meaning she is well in at the weights. Although she is officially rated seven pounds behind Baguenaud she is in fact six pounds well in. If she recaptures her best form she ought to go very close. Baguenaud won a selling hurdle at Southwell last time out and warrants respect but he will have to raise his game once again to score. Dabaratsa was dropped in grade for the first time when landing a seller over course and distance recently. That was a good performance but she will find it difficult to overturn Don't Be Bleu who looks the percentage call.
