In depth

Verdict

Asockastar won a hunters’ chase at Fakenham in May and Forever My Friend also landed a hunters’ chase at Fontwell last summer. Cut The Corner finished a bit closer at Stratford last time having tumbled down the weights while Cillian's Well was still in contention at Ffos Las recently when unseating after being hampered. AL SHAHIR also came a cropper when still in thick of the action at Southwell last month. But that was his first start since November and Dan Skelton’s charge gets another chance racing off the same mark today.
