Verdict

High Noon carries top weight but has been lightly raced and has a chance in what looks a very ordinary handicap. Belmont Jewel went close at Huntingdon two runs ago but Magic River looked beaten when falling at Plumpton having finished second at Stratford previously. COURT DUTY won here off this mark over hurdles last summer and has shown some promise over fences so gets the nod with Rule The Ocean climbing the ratings without winning.
