In depth

Verdict

Yaazaain beat Poet's Corner just over two lengths at Huntingdon but the latter was making his chasing debut that day and is better off at the weights now. Monty Guiry has been disappointing but Give Us A Swig has twice finished second over fences at Ffos Las and The Boola Boss will have learned plenty from his third at the same track last month. GREAT D’ANGE won well at Warwick in April and was leading when coming to grief on a return visit. If that hasn’t affected confidence, he can recoup losses.
