Verdict
Always a competitive opener and TOPANTICIPATION may follow up a course and distance success last month when comfortably accounting for Charging Thunder. The form looks rock solid as the latter went on to land a competitive heat at Pontefract on Monday night in decisive fashion and the selection can defy a 6lb rise for his stable which remains in fine form. Kingsofthemidlands is the likely pacesetter and ran well on his comeback at Goodwood after being gelded. He remains lightly-raced and open to progress after only five runs in three seasons. Course and distance winner, Bollin Joan, should run her race and Vindolanda and Casilli also merit respect.
