In depth

Verdict

Veiled Secret travelled strongly for a long way at Huntingdon last week but his strike-rate is off-putting. BAILY GORSE was well backed at Chepstow having a first run for new connections. He couldn’t cope with an easy winner that day but the third has gone close since so the form looks solid enough. Espressino won at Taunton and Exeter last season and Dads Legacy and Guns For Hire remain unexposed but An Tailliur looks a bigger danger as he won as he liked at Market Rasen last Friday and Kevin Brogan’s claim reduces his penalty.
