The last mentioned has been running well without winning and should again be thereabouts but may have to settle for minor honours again. Artic Reason would have claims on the pick of his from but would probably prefer a softer surface, while Newbay Lady has disappointed of late but has slipped to a decent mark. Friendly Request was good value for his win at Market Rasen last month but may struggle off an 8lb higher mark today and preference is for winning an in-form hurdler Willandrich.
