In depth

Verdict

This looks an easy opportunity for Don And Gerry with Cream Cracker and Anko the main dangers. Trained by David Evans Don And Gerry won a bumper around Uttoxeter very easily last time out and looked a horse with a real future. This is his first time over hurdles but if transforming his latest effort he has to be very much respected here. Cream Cracker looks exposed on what he has achieved to date so far and may be better off in handicap company. Anko looks a more interesting prospect who looks unexposed and was staying on when a well when a well beaten horse at Uttoxeter last out and is one to note in the betting market. But for the winner we return to Don And Gerry.
