In depth

Verdict

Silver Gift broke his duck at Sedgefield last time out in good style and now he has got his head in front he may have improved enough to defy a penalty. Crack Regiment has shown a modicum of ability in similar contests of late and he rates the main danger although he is very one paced in the closing stages. Trooper Collins was well backed last time out but he could only stay on at one pace in the closing stages that was after a long absence and he should strip a lot fitter today. Knight Of Silver would also have a chance on his best form but he also disappointed last time out. Chatergold could also go well at a fair price in a wide open affair.
