    Verdict

    GENOVESE’s penalty is cancelled out by Harry Atkins claim so he is marginally preferred to The Gambler, who changed hands for £20,000 after winning an Irish point-to-point last month. Platenium didn’t show much on debut but Jefe Triunfo, half-brother to a bumper winner, is an interesting newcomer from a stable which does well in this sphere.
