In depth

Verdict

Jamacho and Solo Saxophone are 2-2 around here but only the latter is proven over this trip. Finisk River won four times last year, including once here, but hasn’t raced since November. Merry Berry has an even longer absence to overcome and ACCIDENTAL REBEL has also had a break but he’s back in a handicap after racing in Grade 2 company the last twice. Paddy Brennan’s mount has been lightly raced for his age and will handle the track and going. Galata Bridge got back to winning ways at Uttoxeter last month and Luttrell Lad is starting to look well handicapped while Everyonesgame makes his handicap debut with Lilly Pinchin taking off a valuable 3lb.
