In depth
Verdict
There will be a lot more give in the ground than when We've Got Payet made a winning start in a small field at Uttoxeter last month and Olly Muphy’s four-year-old won’t find it easy to defy his penalty. BIG ‘N BETTER was easy to back on debut at Ffos Las in May but stayed on nicely once the penny dropped and was just behind a subsequent winner. Brendan Powell’s six-year-old could be worth a small interest in a race like this. Grangerosie has been placed in a point but there doesn’t look to be anything among the newcomers to cause alarm.
