Verdict
In good form in novice company on the all-weather over the winter, RIPP ORF won at Kempton before going close again at the same track. The winner has subsequently won a handicap and David Elsworth’s charge gets the nod on that form. Salt Whistle Bay signed off last year with a good effort at Newmarket and has a shout along with Mountain Rescue, a runner-up over track and trip in September and racing off the same mark. Afandem slips further down the weights looking to end a long losing run and Suzi's Connoisseur can race off a lower mark today given it was 2014 when he last won on Turf.
