In depth
Verdict
Poor as this race is, it still looks tougher than the seller that Mugeba won over course and distance in June and preference is for Annie Miller, who gets the vote over Zwadi. The last mentioned was not disgraced in a better race than this at Windsor last time but is due to be dropped 3lbs in future handicaps. The handicapper has also seen fit to reassess Chris Wall's Carla Moon, who has given little sign of encouragement this term. Top weight Fragrant Star has only beaten one horse home in her last two starts and is probably best watched and of more interest may be Phil McEntee's Shebaan, who has shown signs of running into form recently and has a nice racing weight. The vote though goes to Annie Miller. Mark Wallace's filly was not given a hard time when a shade unlucky in running on her reappearance in a race at Leicester last month and is now partnered by Kieren Fallon. She gets the nod in a poor contest.
