      Verdict

      Chankillo won in this grade at Ripon last month but has been well beaten since and has a penalty to overcome. Spanish Art started favourite for a similar race over a shorter trip here three runs ago but was well beaten and there is nothing in his pedigree to suggest he'll stay this far while Helamis isn't improving with experience. SWIFT ENCOUNTER appears at this lowly level for the first time and easily has the beating of Chankillo on recent Beverley running - he must take all the beating.
