DAPHNE MAY gained her sixth career success over this trip on soft ground at Bath last week and, though raised 7lb, Billy Loughnane is still eligible to use his 5lb claim. Island Of Skye definitely improved after wind surgery, scoring over a mile at Kempton last month before staying on over this trip at Chelmsford. Moon Over The Sea, narrowly beaten into third over 1m4f at Wolverhampton, dropped down to a mile to score on soft ground at Bath so today's trip looks ideal. He holds Seattle King on that run while Menin Gate, from a yard in top form, has won on soft going though it's a long time since he showed any real form.
