Just like Aneedah in the opener, MOHEDIAN LADY went into many a notebook on her debut before running in the same valuables sales' race. She was further back in ninth but still beaten under nine lengths and the prospect of more to come over this trip she gets a marginal vote from Moonsail. Out of a half-sister to Oaks heroine Moonstone but with speed in the pedigree too, it was little surprise to see Mahmood Al Zarooni's horse deliver a promising debut and if she were to go one better here under similar conditions it'd be no surprise. Sir Michael Stoute took a division of this last year so support for Piece D'or shouldn't be ignored although along with Hunza Dancer she may be more a long-term prospect.
