    Verdict

Omniscient took time to find his stride when a Wolverhampton third on his latest start and looks to be gradually improving with experience in typical Prescott fashion. He did take time to get organised last time though and therefore this long straight should suit, but he does have to concede 8lb to AT LIBERTY and the Bell gelding is preferred, especially with the De La Sayette 5lb claim factored in. He's finished in the front four on all starts this season, stays the trip well and is reliable. Swashbuckler is being brought along patiently by Jane Chapple-Hyam and has been found an appropriate contest for this handicap debut. Chequer Square and Hopeman Harbour need to improve but there may be more to come from the lightly-raced Haggas colt, Badr.
