    Verdict

Lygeton Lad has shown progressive form over a variety of trips and is chasing a hat-trick following handicap wins at Warwick and Newmarket. Gay Kelleway's charge escapes a penalty and is in effect 6lb lowere than his latest victory so has outstanding claims on these terms. Kez is useful at this level and has conditions in his favour but may struggle to concede 31lb to the selection while Conundrum has more on his plate having been raised 5lb for landing a moderate event at Leicester last time.
