Verdict
My Silent Song may only have beaten one home on debut but it was still a decent effort as she was beaten less than a couple of lengths. More should be forthcoming, as is the case with La Duchesse. Ephrata seems to be getting the hang of things steadily and should appreciate the step up to a mile but it's interesting to see John and Thady Gosden also unleash DELPHINIUS and the Sea The Stars filly is taken to make a winning debut. Cromarty and Five Stars are other newcomers to note.
