    Verdict

There are question marks hanging over most of these but SWEET TALKING GUY is back in the right grade and on a winning mark after being outclassed at Ascot. He won here last July so can have no excuses today. Chris Wall's runners are always worth a second look here and Emerald Sea was second in a maiden handicap over track and trip last year. She could go close if blinkers have the desired effect while Miakora should do better after a recent pipe-opener. Uprise should also strip fitter today and makes more appeal than Senora Lobo and the returning Aaranyow.
