      Verdict

      Ela Goog La Mou produced easily her best run to date when scoring over a slightly longer trip here last week. She has a 6lb penalty to contend with but was a couple of pounds out of the handicap that day and this shorter trip will be no problem. Automotive reappeared with a good run over a trip too short and has to be a candidate but TARO TYWOD also came back with a strong effort and, with ground conditions and the distance in his favour, he's taken to get back on the winning trail. None of the remainder can be dismissed though Gabrial The Thug hasn't won in 19 starts and became disappointing at the end of last season.
