Verdict
Skhilling Spirit gets the vote here ahead of Coleorton Dancer and The Kiddykid. The selection has ground conditions to suit and he has been running well enough of late to give him a leading chance today. He looks to be on a handy mark and he is the percentage call. Coleorton Dancer is another that has ground conditions to suit and he did have a number of today's rivals behind him when finishing a close fourth behind Fonthill Road at Ayr last time. He is sure to be thereabouts at the finish. The Kiddykid was one of those behind Coleorton Dancer last time and it will be a surprise if he is able to reverse those placings today. Hogmaneigh is surely better than he showed in the Ayr Gold Cup last time so it would be no surprise to see him bounce back today, but for the winner we will stick with Skhilling Spirit.
