Mambo Paradise and Secret Hint have yet to figure this year and Apache Storm disappointed in testing ground last time having beaten Three Gracez at Wolverhampton earlier. Lil Sophella beat Breakable at Musselburgh last year and the latter was well behind Lavetta at Catterick last month. But Lavetta seemingly had little excuse for a poor effort at Nottingham on her latest start and a chance is taken on stablemate DUSKY DAWN. Alan Swinbank’s filly won only a maiden at Southwell last month but is at least going the right way and is also preferred to Azagal and Maureb, who are both upped in class.
