        John Hunter (IRE) Showed plenty of promise before hacking up in a modest event at Redcar last time; has plenty of weight but is still unexposed and could be anything.

        Kingsclere Badly out of form of late and hard to recommend until showing a bit of the old spark.

        Ice Something of a York specialist (4 wins) and should be straighter for a recent pipe-opener; sure to give a good account of himself.

        Jedi Knight Hasn't won of a mark this high before and may find a few too good once again.

        Jo Mell Badly hampered last time out but retains his ability and has fallen to a good mark; could be capable of making them all go if in the mood.

        Inch Perfect Versatile sort who has been hurdling over the winter; probably needs further than today's trip to be seen at his besta nd others are preferred.

        Melodian Trotted up first time out this term but has cut little ice since and looks to have too much weight.

        Wealthy Star (IRE) Quietly supported when disappointing last time out and although has fallen to a fair mark, still looks to have something to find.

        Tony Tie Got into all sorts of trouble at HAydock last week but looks to be on his way back and is a lively outsider; each-way claims.

        Pension Fund Scored in good style at Chester last time and raised just 4lbs for that success, however may not be as effective today in a hot contest.

        Nashaab (USA) Has been in fine form of late and was far from disgraced in a hot contest at Epsom last time out; could go well again at a fair price.

        Muyassir (IRE) Did well last term but normally need an outing or two to reach his peak and should be better for the run here.

        Ballet Master (USA) Big run at Newmarket last time and is entitled to figure again on that form; good apprentice takes him down to a featherweight.
